Poem Artwork

Moody Poet, mother's milk
Agitates memories,
Disillusioned with life's breath
Smoldering inside,
Nothing can stop the burn,
Poet's words; helpless.

Quill, pencil, pen, keyboard,
Words made alive by rote.
Midnight sonnets,
Afternoon delightful ku's,
Write of women,
Luscious lips, frost
Forms 'round the heart.

Your dark words call to me. I will follow the darkness as you've suggested. Why keep them inside and not shared?

Moody poets are talented poets because they write according to their moods. What is expressed are the raw emotions.

The last five words sums it all up in this flat out stream of thoughts. Bravo!

Your thoughts flow from your pen like velvet as usual, my friend. The word play envelopes the reader. Beautiful!!

Love ya!

Nice work, Jerry. A stream of consciousness that brazenly gives the reader a heartfelt and true sense of the fragment nature of feelings when they are disturbed. Kudos. Many of us know similar streams of consciousness.
