I was dreaming as I read,
this beautiful poem now in my head.
Abandoned words put to pen,
For all of us on authorsden.
Go back to sleep and tell me more,
This dream from you opened many doors.
It took me to a place in time,
That look, that touch, was only mine.
For what beauty we can find in the deep
recesses of our mind within our dreams
Oh how beautiful yes, for those forbidden
lovely things to surface only to find we
must wake up.
