Fav'rite Food

I wrote this poem in answer to Ed Matlack's challenge to write about my favorite food (which turned into a meal).

Poem Artwork

Give me a steak
Mid rare Delmonico
Tossed salad and warm rolls
With a baked potato

Top it off with
A piece of apple pie
Still warm with some ice cream
On top oh me oh my

So there ya go
Now that's my fav'rite food
Rather my fav'rite meal
Puts me in a good mood

If I am broke
Forget about the steak
I"ll join our good friend Ed
Bologna sandwich make

HEY...BOTH THE BOLOGNA AND THE STEAK SOUNDS GREAT TO ME! I'VE ENJOYED BOTH AND AT THE TIME OF CONSUMPTION...THEY WERE MY FAV'RITES. NOW, I DON'T DO MEATS ANYMORE, LOVE THE 'FISH STUFF' THOUGH, ESPECIALLY SHRIMP...FRIED! HA!HA!HA! THANKS FOR SHARING MY FRIEND. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...HIS+INSPIRATIONS

Hmmm now I'm hungry! Don't normally eat that
sort of thing, not much into meat more a vegetarian
but boy does it sound mouthwatering tasty!

I love bologna, but the stuff you buy today isn't the bologna I grew up eating. I like your choice of a meal, Jane.
