Anything that'll get you through the long, dark, cold winter has got to be good, right?
I had a dry sauna once. Got so hot I had to dive in the pool to cool off. Went upstairs in the later afternoon and ate something, after which I had this tremendous urge to sleep and slept about 12 hours until the next morning… Never again!
