The tongue has so many uses!

Sometimes the tongue dost wag too much
The enemy is listening
Erst times the tongue does well its deed
Causing rose bud to glistening

Heard that loose tongues cause ships to sink
Boy get that loose tongue busy now
The tongue two sided sword it be
Smoothed by red wine on second glass

Stick out your tongue at me will you
Pour pepper on it quick will I
Proper use of the tongue brings joy
Honey drops licked up lest you die

AAaahhh, the tongue that has our taste buds
telling the difference between sweet and sour etc.
The tongue that adds pleasure to kisses and more
pleasure in lovemaking...

JANE ... when I won the Language Award in 1958 at Southern H.S.

at age 17, little did I know that I was a "cunning linguist" !

Now, 58 years later, my tongue has never failed a Fair Maiden in distress!
