Her work is done.

Warm weather hit up on the hill Marsh thick from haze below A rumble heard by Villagers Some watched for they did know "He" called for her and yes she came To silence one last time "His" heart to stab her silver sword To thrust into the slime The villagers did step aside "Lady in Red" so proud Her velvet cape the wind did blow Head held high through the crowd Descending down forbidden path "Lady in Red" did go Moaning sound from within the Marsh "His" red eyes evil glow 'Twas midnight Villagers asleep Muffled scream Marsh mud flew Steam lifted red above the reeds Silver sword "His" blood drew "Lady in Red" ne'er to be found The villagers still talk About the day she disappeared About the fateful walk Jane Noponen Perinacci �

Oooh . . . Spooky as all get out, Jane. The "Lady in Red," had to follow her course, and the villagers knew not why. Excellent writing . . .
