effects of "twilight sleep" for my recent angioplasty........bubbles like the kind kids blow!!! EVERYWHERE!
There is a world and I know ‘cause I’ve been there.
No need to worry or fret everafter
Shiny small bubbles will occupy your mind
Come there with me and true peace we will both find
Oh land of bubbles shiny in the sunlight
Go on forever and further than daylight
Sail past the sun bubbles sail on forever
No space between them nothing there to sever
Need to go back to that world full of bubbles
Where there is nothing to worry or fret for
I GETCHA, FRIEND, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THAT WAS ONLY A TEMPORARY REPRIEVE WHICH ONLY WORKS FOR THE MOMENT. THANK GOD THAT ONE DAY, ALL WHO LOVE 'HIM', WILL BE IN A PLACE...THAT FAR OUTSHINES THE TRANQUILITY OF 'BUBBLES'. Pure escapism. I don't mean to be harsh. But you were under induced unconsciousness. It's a normal state that the body goes into when experiencing extreme pain. The worst-case is a coma. I haven't heard anyone who had been in a coma writing that it was a "good" feeling. Whenever I was "put under" it was peaceful and I dreamed because I was asleep just like in bed every night.
You see, didn't I tell you, there are mysteries in the world that are far more enlightening (and happiness inducing) than anything reality could offer. Charming poem. Now this is the stuff of dreams comes true. John
I can imagine that you did have your "bubbles" as you fought to come down from your experience. Thank goodness they were there for you to snuggle into and let them give you peace of mind while they worked their magic.
