WOW! I TELL YOU, THESE DAYS...NOTHING SURPRISES ME! BUT I ALWAYS KNEW WHO THE TRUE 'WEATHER MAN' WAS(BIG SMILE). GOD MAKES NO MISTAKES AND CAN'T BE ANTICIPATED OR UNDERSTOOD. THANKS FOR SHARING! LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS
Indeed a strange weather occurrence. In spite of what some people think, it can be easily attributed to global warming.
On the other hand, historically, strange weather has occurred. You may recall from my autobiography two incidents.
One weekend in May when we were in the second grade, we visited my grandparents on their farm for the weekend. It snowed overnight and drifted snowdrifts that were over 10 feet high on the road and we were snowbound for four days.
Our junior prom on May 8, 1959, my brother and I washed the car in rain. Later, it snowed heavily and by morning there was 8 inches on the ground. But then, this was in Wisconsin which is about as close to the North Pole as you can get in the lower 48. ;-)
Love the title, couldn't wait to open the link and read the poem. It's almost like "rain in the desert." Who said there was global warming. It sounds like global freezing in your area. John
