JANE, YOU LIVE IN THE GREATEST PLACE. I'VE NEVER BEEN THERE BUT IN SEVERAL OF YOUR WORKS YOU'VE DESCRIBED IT AND IT SOUNDS SO LOVELY! IMAGINE WAKING UP TO THE SMELL OF HONEYSUCKLE AND THE TWEETING OF A SPARROW. YOU'RE SO BLESSED AND HAVE SO MUCH TO BE THANKFUL FOR...I LOVE IT! THANKS FOR SHARING. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS
Honeysuckle brings back memories of my youthful days when summer was a time of childhood adventure. Honeysuckle was sweet then and tantalizingly aromatic. Where did the time go?
I always loved the fragrance of honeysuckle in the summer air. Your words quickly brought back those memories. But, I'm confused. I didn't know that sparrows were purple and that they could use Twitter like twits to tweet. ;-)
Yesterday, when I went out on the front deck for some 99° sun, I was assaulted by the smell of a French whore house. Our Jasmine out front is booming again. A picture will be forthcoming. Get out your teapot!
You presented us, the readers, a wonderful photo of a pleasing honeysuckle, and you penned such fantastic words, I can actually get a whiff of that delicious smell you savored.
