Of brutal stuff
My guard is up
All of the time

Don't put me down
On my own ground
That just ain't right
Why that's a crime

Think twice before
You're put in place
Just show one face

THE LOVE OF GOD IN HEARTS IS GONE, THEREFORE THE TRUST IS GONE. AND LIKE YOU SAID, 'GUARDS' ARE UP, PEOPLE IN BLUE WITH GUNS ARE NERVOUS... INNOCENT LIVES ARE TAKEN - ON BOTH SIDES.
