We need to learn to curb those words that we say in hurtful ways and then all of these conflicts and need forgiveness afterwords would go away. I know that's hard to do but that's a whole lot easier than being estranged and having to figure out how to get back on good terms again.
One of the reasons that I sleep well is to avoid conflicts like this that are guaranteed to cause problems sleeping.
When all is right, indeed "this can't be wrong." Anger, hatred, and the other vices bring their own turmoil. Forgiveness carries its own blessing. Rise up, my dear, you can now sail on high. John
