Winter evenings can be lovely!

Poem Artwork

Stars mirrored smooth ice
Brightens frosty night
Moon glowing fates knowing
Encased by soft light
Such a lovely sight

Ice covered saplings
Against backdrop white
Love being born hearts beat
On this crispy eve
Please make me believe

I sense some longing in that last line. Almost as though you've been shut out in the cold and are looking for that heartbeat once again.

I wish there was a larger version of that beautiful blonde in black with white gloves. Why I often drove to Minneapolis just to see Scandinavian girls in their prime in the parks. Memories.

What a fantastic, indepth piece of poetry you have given us. Ah . . . To make someone believe, you must first believe yourself, and my friend, I am a believer!
