Cherish the quietness of each new day.

In The Still of The Morning... The quietness reveals a beautiful day before me The colors are vibrant The roses are freshly kissed with dew Their fragrances allure The salty air awakens my inner spirit All of my senses are acute The picturesque beauty takes my breath away Another magnificent day to embrace With Joy and excitement Love and kindness All is well within my world... This one takes me back to sweet times when God amazed all my senses with the beauty of His world! Those last words are a perfect summary Karen..."all is well within my world". Thanks for writing this poem and sharing it with us all. Enjoyed it. Blessings!

What a wonderful scene expressed. I woke up today with a windy backyard with intermittent rain and the prospect of a hard freeze by tomorrow morning. But I will wake up to the delight of seeing "frost on the pumpkin" on the roofs of the garages across the power line right-of-way and all of my plants brown and dead in the morning sun. ;-)
