You are right... my jonquils and forsythia, both bright in color yellow bring a quiet joy that spring is here at last... Thank you for announcing it in lovely haiku...three lines that can be used to speak eloquently. Did it really take you from summer to the next spring to get over a summer love? LOL

Except for the deep South, in the United States, spring may be delayed by a few freezing fronts yet this year. A little premature for spring. But the sentiment is true, perhaps reviving withered romance.
