The Extraordinary Lightness of Being.

The Presence She felt the wind take them all — Every charge life gave her and those she gave herself to nurse like patients like children, like lovers — And to fear as nightmares, as undoings. In the newness she lingers feeling the sweeping absence — A vast and fresh presence.

There is so much windswept energy here�
Sweeping away the old to reveal new presence�
The beautiful painting says so much�
The lightness is felt through the release

The portrait a study of a faceless face. So much flow, so much movement, a feeling of endless emotion, complemented, accompanied by the crisp precision of the poetic words. Just stunning.

Her presence appears ethereal, almost fleeting, magic, both in in your beautiful image of her and her poem.

So good to read your work again. This last stanza is so all-encompassing and its paradoxical nature is the perfect culmination of all the images you wrote and the imaginings they provoked.
