Connectivity among us needs tended like a garden.

{This collage contains various paintings I've done over the years, images blended into each other, the way we are connected to one another in our human condition.} We The People tell our stories find our way learn lessons act like children encounter battles guide our young endure huge losses create beauty make friends trust ourselves become suspicious work hard carry burdens get confused lose our way see atrocities hurt ourselves resent offend other people make mistakes forgive contribute to the whole become enchanted make assumptions try to survive feel lonely teach what we learn help one another cause pain feel pain solve problems, start over and like all humans everywhere become afraid find courage bleed, cry, fight, laugh, love, die just like you. ~~ djl 11/13/24

Your continued ability to not only arrange your visuals with the text in an always unique way, but you also consistently contextualize your opinions and convictions. The paradox runs freely in this profound mini-world view and yes, just you and me, no one is free of the ups and downs, even though many disguise both their pain and their joy for fear of being misunderstood.
