A ditty for my girl

Poem Artwork

I just want to be the one
that she does run to when its raining
when the ground below is shaking
when all hope runs dry with tears

I'm gonna wrap her in my wings
like a shelter in the storm
I'm gonna keep her safe and warm
and lay to waste her fears

I'm gonna love her,
yeah, just love her
until the day turns into night
until there's nothing left inside
and through the stars we ride
I'm gonna love her

and when I hold her
I can feel her
I can breathe her

like a raging fire

I 'm gonna love her

There is no doubt about it, boy, you are in deep love. Hope Chanti is well, haven't seen much of her around lately. Is she still jetting it back and forth? ~ Sara

The Heart's Way by Rebecca McKeehan

Love is universal and not limited to the most perfect among us. In this collection of romantic short stories and poetry, love comes to those who are decidedly imperfect, who possess very real human flaws, scars, and challenges. Awaiting us as we are.
