Such love in your beautiful words, whether for a lover or friend, a child ~
Deep in the heart their pain has become your own.
Yet I think when the love is this deep the prayers are received and go to work immediately. At least that is always my hope.

this is a true expression of soul-mate love, Felix; or that of an anxious parent feeling for their child. Sometimes, enforced distance between lovers means that the one feels even MORE distress than the person involved - the loneliness, isolation and pain exacerbated by feelings of disempowerment in the situation, yet total identity with it. And breath-taking this is... xx
