Under a blanket of moonlight

summer winds murmur softly

I whisper into the darkness

wanting to be where you are

Leaning back I close my eyes

letting my mind wander

as thoughts caress you

in every memory

My love plays out

in symphonic waves

that tease and tantalize

my very core

dance across me

as softly as a lover’s fingers

they glide like satin sheets

across sensual thoughts
