A bright star shining
in the night sky.
Angels voices singing on
high.
Announcing the coming of
the new born king.
Oh what joy his birth would
bring.
A little babe laying in
a manger bed.
A gold halo around his small
head.
The wise men bowed their
heads in awe.
Amazed by the wondrous
sight they saw.
Foretold in the scriptures,
written in time.
Jesus was born to save all
of man kind.

That was a very homely poem, it reminds me of family gatherings and knowing the spirit of Christmas is only one: He came down from Heaven for us not for Himself. Victor
