Yes, we can all relate. The last time my computer crashed it took almost a month to replace it and all I had to do was read books, write by hand, and spend more time with my family. Tragic. :) And we do seem to become a lot more religious when we get that dreaded blue screen.

This is a cute poem. I smiled as I read it. Yes, I guess we do use them alot don't we.But- without them I never would have been able to read the wonderful work on authors den- so , I guess there is some redeaming grace.

Cute but so true! I resent the time I put in on the computer. Still, it's so easy to sit here instead of putting on a coat and going out.....

Before computers, we talked for hours, walked together, enjoyed board games and cards.....I imagine we enjoyed life more!

But before computers were created�
What on earth did we ever do?

We spent our time outdoors, enjoying God's Creation. Like Paul, I often think all this modern technology is a curse not a blessing. Oddly enough, I just posted a poem about our kids now being technology addicts, and missing out on so much in life that we as kids once enjoyed.

So true. All of this week at work, the Internet was up and down, everyone was going crazy! I feel incomplete if I don't get on the computer at least once a day, work or home. Written very well.

Well done John. And to answer your question; I think we actually had a real life and spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the wonders that God created for us. Technology is not always a good thing my friend. Personally? I wouldn't mind going a little bit backwards in time. Life was much simpler without most of these stupid gadgets that we could actually do without. Thanks for sharing; I needed a good laugh this morning. God bless.
