A big "Thank you" to Connie Faust for inspiring me to write this poem. I was always called a "Late-bloomer" but this is pushing the envelope! LOL

I did not live and love Valentine’s Day as a youngster. But I am living and loving it now! I am married to my Valentine Princess and do we have fun! Wow! I enjoy spoiling my princess and buying her surprises too. It's like life is "younger" now that I am married and she is pushing .... sixty-two? Two broken hearts met one day and in-time both were mended. Now, it's like the "Honeymoon" stage has never ever really ended. "In the same way, you husbands must give honor to your wives. Treat your wife with understanding as you live together. She may be weaker than you are, but she is your equal partner in God's gift of new life . . . . . I Peter 3:7 NLT Amen!

Aw, John, I am so tickled that you were inspired by my writing! Isn't that the way it often is?
In answer to this EXCITING poem, I must revive another of mine--Old Love, The Best Love.
This is such a refreshing poem. . . and your Princess so pretty and you so happy! God bless your marriage every day of your lives!
