It’s been a long time and it’s true .

I always loved another woman too.

I can’t help it because I was born this way

It’s the way I was brought up, you could say

This other woman and I been together so long

She had my heart first, and our love is very strong

You can say that it was just meant to be that way

It’s the best love in the world and it’s here to stay

I loved her ever since I can recall as a little lad

We have a special kind of love, so don’t be sad

It’s special in every way, and I will admit it too.

She’s is a sweet and smart lady, but I also love you!  

Yes, I’m in love with another woman, I have to admit, it’s true .

But darling, this woman is my mom, so what else can I do?
