Dedicate to a brother and a friend, whose emotional despair compelled me to write this few lines because I see the ungluing that's going on among ourselves and that, to survive as a Nation, we can't allowed for a few to drive a wedge between so many.

Politicians, see what you have done, forcing
unthinkable words out of a friend of my,
he told me, “I love my land, I hate my land,”
and I saw in his eyes that he was to cry,
for that innocence lost somewhere far away,
which he remember because of a Silver Star;
when pinned down, he stood put in the rear,
saving everybody by placing his life on the line.

Why is it that we are a Nation going down
that destructive political ways that divide,
and forget what Cesar said about conquering
all those that from each other become apart,
because the walls will come crashing all
if you let a personal conviction your house
open to strangers to come with discord
and destroy the very peaceful principles inside.

Don’t let silly political divergences
make you to push your brother apart.
