Like a orphan destituted child you wake up in wonderland...you don't want it to end, to go away, to abandon you inside those gray walls which only have the faint sound of tears running down the cheeks.
I woke up in a strange and unknown land
after sleeping hundred years in one go,
new flowers all around with happiness,
a busy breeze working on a tender song.
Far way, on a recent ploughed expanse
a man walking behind his horse I saw,
sounds of earth being moved, smell of
something fresh, like bread from a plough.
The skies were absolutely pristine clean,
of angry fires weren’t spoiled with smog,
and a peaceful silence overhung on cribs
because around here they hadn’t a war.
Then, I was afraid of sudden all going away,
a beloved and peaceful new discovered world,
I didn’t want to enter again inside the old one,
so, I went to sleep another hundred years more.
I'll leave this message for later, cause I won't be around that long to wait another hundred, and I dona wake you my friend, so happy dreams, on second thought you're not on star trek are you, on the holideck, I am just asking, Rufuz shipped you some of old Eds stash maybe, in any case what ever you're doing sounds fine to me. Blessings! Jasmin Horst
Oh how I wish it was that easy to escape it all. Sometimes it is the world we would like to see that keeps us going for another day. To face the real world can and sometimes is nothing short of a disappointment, well said...
