Killing the Murder Time

A time back I told Emile about past, and hours, and years, and how we knowing the killer of our lives we let it go around unpunished.
Then, I took the matter on my own hands!!!

Poem Artwork

I said in 1987, "I have looked for the past
within the heart of thousand clocks,
I knew it was there because I could hear
its steps going inside, tick-tock, tick-tock..."
like a run away prisoner going nowhere,
oblivion contained in such a little room…

We are like survivors of a brutal shipwreck
on an human empty island, sitting on a rock,
with sadness wondering how we got there
after being delivered from a ship its womb,
nobody will ever heard our cries for help,
we was born among many, but to die alone.

Walking on the beach of life’s impossibilities
the tracks of my steps on the sands I saw,
but also that Time went the same way as I,
going nowhere always walking like a clock,
back’n forth, forth’n back, a isomorphism
of a condemned prisoner to life without parole.

Fingers telling that the face had gotten wrinkles,
you don’t need a mirror to tell that your are old,
then, realizing who was slowly murdering you
and decided to go and kill Time once and for all,
becoming eternal, indestructible, mighty, until
dementia opens, on the “island,” the escape doors!

Georg - Loved the opening lines of " Kill the Murder Time."

I said in 1987, "I have looked for the past
within the heart of thousand clocks,
I knew it was there because I could hear
its steps going inside, tick-tock, tick-tock..."

If only we could.

Life without parole, that's what I thought I was serving in the Mouths jail
But there is always hope

"Fingers telling that the face had gotten wrinkles,
You don't need a mirror to tell that your are old,
Then, realizing who was slowly murdering you
And decided to go and kill Time once and for all,
Becoming eternal, indestructible, mighty, until
Dementia opens, on the “island,” the escape doors!"

I took down all my mirrors, I figure at my age I know where everything is anyway

Enjoyed the write Georg

What an interesting perspective to see through such clear and distinct eyes. We all walk the same path only at different times, but you bring it all into perspective so elogantly...

Be always safe,

Wonderfully written Georg. We're all nothing more than specks of dust on the floor of eternity and time knows it. It can be our enemy or our friend. Accepting that we're only here for a short while is the key to it all. We're infants, children, adolescents, adults, elderly, and then no more. Why are we here? Ahhhh, that is the question.
Love,
Marcia

Apparently the modern interpretation of time was designed by the Romans to actually enslave humanity. To live according to time, deadlines, perception. The ancients (Egyptians) were aware that, in order to be effective, one had to work with time making time work for you, not against you. This is why they always did things at certain times of the year adhering to cycles and universal conditions to accomplish their aims. Great work mein Herr! Very much liked this.

Georg,
I just saw the movie Love Happens, it was about a motivational speaker trying to help people that have lost loved ones. He was the one that ended up being saved, but my point is, we only have a limited time during this lifetime, we should not worry about the end but enjoy the present time that we have. I wish for you much peace, love, and lightness my dearest friend,

Time: not enough hours in the day to accomplish all we set out to do. Older we get, faster it seems to go. When we were young and innocent, we had forever ... much thought in profound lines, Georg, well done.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

And you thought you could shake her, and had found a way out, but alas, she's still on your case, don't condemn the time, but the womb that put you in such folly. Hugs! Jasmin Horst

Profound poem Georg. I often wonder if time is my enemy or my friend. I find myself looking forward to the escape doors.

How so bloody true. But what are we all, to do?
Become immortal vampires, like Edvard Nosferatu?

The veil of memory dropped upon shorelines…carried out to an abyss of forgotten. There could be no greater darkness than to not be able to remember our footsteps & to not know our own footprints….truly a personal torment to lose the compass of our knowing...

But your still being stalked by the pestilence of my thoughts…and perhaps I can inflect new memories upon you…do you hear that crackling snap? Is that thunder?...oh no….this storm brews….
with the depths of darkness as my shroud of hidden spies:
