This applies to all over the world, George. Every country is ruled by those who float on the surface because they are light. The heavy ones have already sunk. A funny joke I have once heard was: A father on his death-bed said to his unborn baby: You and me are not going to meet but I want you you to be a fool when you grow up. His wife surprised with what her dying husband said and asked --Why. He said " at least he will be a minister" smile. Great poem.
Well, well, well, Monkeys, Apes, finally something about the animal kingdom, the White House, yes we'd certainly have a healthier planet, and a less corrupt one.
