My hope is that these words will help to empower all women and girls. You must know that you don't have to take it because you were born a WOMAN.
But that you can stop it because you were born a WOMAN.

We've been here before


You standing over me


Saying that you're sorry


But it happens everytime


And I am on the floor


But this time the insult


The shove into the wall


A kick in the gut


Or your fist to my jaw


Was one time too many


Look darling I'm shaking


But I have no fear


Walking out the door


I am breaking free


Taking action; And saving me.
