The Golden Gate
I gaze in awe
At the massiveness of this
Ancient Structure!
Eight Gates surround
The walls of old Jerusalem!
Access to the City, though guarded,
Possible through all, but one--The Golden Gate!
Sadly, this Gate has been kept sealed shut by the Muslims
To block the re-entry of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ
To the Holy City and to the Temple Mount!
But can any mortal, living, stunned or dead
Truly prevent the Almighty King of Kings
From re-entering HIS Holy City
As Lord of Lords?
I think not!
“And he carried me away in the spirit
To a great and high mountain, and shewed me
That great city, the Holy Jerusalem,
Descending out of Heaven from God.”
(Revelation 21:10)
