There is such a thing as a top-heavy deliberation
One where a person finds himself overwhelmed with too much information
Learn all you can. Don’t shun the studies. Get an education
Do not let it substitute for good ole’ horse sense and practicality
Use your schooling but flavor it with self-discipline and equanimity
Make your decisions after much deliberation and make decisions with great reliability
Keep in mind and old saying my Daddy used to sing
He said a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing
Don’t shun that education but temper it with wisdom
The man who can practice both is the ruler of his kingdom
