ocean full of waves tonight.

“No, I didn't!”
“Yes, you did!”
“I didn’t mean…”
“Oh, yes, you did!”
It's a life sentence.
Moon pulls,
unmooring him,
"Why did you do that?
You never think of me!”
Righteous, he’s right:
Wondering, IS he right?
It’s a life sentence.
Moon flies through the clouds,
maple tree filigree,
waiting the storm out--
Always and
Never—Knots in
the third degree--
it's a life sentence.
I love how you used astrology in this, plus i am moon crazy myself, love all things moon related, especially fine poems like this-I am a Libra, but my moon is in Cancer. I understand this push and pull of signs within our own element, as I tend to be surrounded by other air signs. Liked this alot. :) Michelle
