HYPOCRISY

Growing up, every Sabbath to church we had to go.

No choice we had because the Lord wanted it so.

Carefully we'd listen, as our souls be damned.

            Because sinners all were we.

The fear of God would be hammered into us.

Brain washed we were without a fuss.

Thou shall not covert anything of thy neighbors.

                     But they did!

Do not bear false witness against your fellow man.

                       And they did!

Do as we say, because it is the Lord's way.

                    Because sinners all are we.

                             But what of the HYPOCRISY?
