Known for my cooking and baking I'm not
But I tried to be creative and this is what I got
An almond macaroon, it is yummy I dare say
The leftover pulp after making almond milk
Was the basis for my baking inspiration today
I put it with coconut, sugar, eggs and almond extract
Nothing was measured, you might say
I flew by the seat of my computer chair pants
Twenty minutes in a 350 oven and onto a cooling rack
I can't believe it myself, I created a recipe I can hack
Usually I try things and they end up on the floor
Of the garbage can or dumpster, no one eating it, for sure
