A Blood Red Ruby I am a pool of blood red rubies I was a single stone A poison dart tore through me And ripped apart my bones Gaze into my facets Gleaming in the light Reflecting to the world My Goodness at its height Evil came to play one day It bound and dulled my senses I stole its own power And rendered it defenseless Evil left me broken A collection of tiny jewels Carefully I pull my trigger And use them as tools My aim is perfection Cutting through your mind A tiny blood red ruby Is the gift I leave behind
