Wow, this is all so fascinating... the collective consciousness is really strong today, huh?? Unless it is just my brain looping the loop as usual. Like the visual, this seems really slippery in feel to me, Eileen, and I can't quite get a handle on it - very cleverly progressed in that I can follow the thoughts precisely and yet have no idea of how I've got to the end from the beginning - yet it all seems to fit. It is beguiling and it's like a nut I can't quite crack. In other words, an excellent transcription of the thoughts and ideas I THINK you convey here... which goes to prove your point precisely! Either my brain can't cope or you are writing in some invisible ink that I am missing - again exemplifying how the intangible strikes us and impacts us in invisible and inexplicable ways. And imagery to die for... "the stone Of unknown origin that Bleeds the blood of liquidized petrification".. now that DOES sound like my brain! :)) LOL Kate xx

Everything is but a perception and our perception is not as it seems...you have stated this so clearly/unclearly in your wonderful poem, Eileen. This reads like an M.C. Escher print in that it is nearly impossible to get a grip on the perspective of anything. The only true reality is that there is no true reality. Excellent poem!

"embroidered in invisible ink" - wow. just one of many great lines including your last three. when I read those it felt like great stones were being moved about in my mind. Almost every sentence contradicts itself leaving my befuddled mind grasping for a hanger that does not exist. This is a new style for you and you have handled it well. "Eyes seeking vision without sight."Reminds me of one of our political parties with a capitol D.
