For some reason, I have never been attracted to diamonds, I prefer the colorful gems, but that not being the point of this poem, I must agree with your final analysis. Wonderful faithful write, Eileen.

God's Light and Grace penetrates the darkest corners and recesees of our hearts and minds

Have never been "wealth" impressed. I do not begrude wealth to anyone (well, certain indiot ballplayers and actors, but that's another subject). I believe that wealth is a good thing if not taken all that seriously. Diamonds! You are right. The fasination for those little stones are unbelievable. You are also right about the other, less understood diamond. Good write.
