In surreal dreams
My voice screams
where did the land go

I'm longing for love
To hold me above
The water rising  below

I slip down into a cave
Colors Swirling a grave
Except for sea floor, a dry tomb

The air seems clear
Wind ruffles my hair
I'm in a kind of protected womb

Dressed in spring flowers
Confused by the powers
That allow for acts of devastation

Mind images of why
We seek to soar the sky
For answers to the duality in creation

If I believe all is combined
We, nature inherently divine
Then I can understand the duality

All the elements to be had
All parts whether good or bad
We are the embodiement of all reality

Which is why we need the merit
That comes from another spirit
To overcome the vile parts which we host

Left to our own device
We are anything but nice
To Creator's spirit we should give our most

Yes we are and we choose every day as to which of those qualities we express to others. The good or the bad. We create our realities by our expressions toward others and their effects are far more reaching than we can even fathom. Both the good and the bad.

Just think, if you are nice to one person and cause a good effect in their life, then they in turn would be nice to one person, who would then be nice to another, then another....Dear G-d, it could turn into an epidemic! What would become of this poor old world? :)

I admire this poem Eileen. It is a poetic song of truth.

Eileen
When you look out of the window of life, all is not as it seems, and it pays to remain detached from the outside world paranoia and chaos, everything that is happening just now is by God's Will....we must remain as observers and players from a convenient and safe distance, to be able to determine the greater picture...and more importantly the outcome !!
