trying to sleep mind wandering I notice a shaft of moonlight from window above my bed it is reflected in dresser mirror on wall at foot of bed
I'm mesmerized by the mirror showing shadows in various forms I feel as if something infiltrates me a gust of wind through the window makes me shiver as I feel myself
being pulled through the window by some motivational force like the moon that changes the tides and though I'm still in bed I can see myself in the mirror by the moon
I have black silken wings which seem to be controlled by the moon or is there someone or thing working me like a puppet on a string,I sense a masculine presence, but can see no one
then I surrender to the sensation of total weightlessness as I soar higher into the sky in an orbit around the moon, hearing the beautiful chanting of unseen voices, and one whispers, "Sleep now,all is well!"
Enchanting experience, Eileen....never question the powers of that mystical Man in the Moon...but tell him to cease with the fly rod thing..ouch! His midnight kisses would be much better to sleep by!

Taylor

Lovely vision and sensations Sugar Chum. Mysterious imagery.
I must admit I had a similar experience some months back. The sensation of being pulled through the open bedroom window was accompanied by a blanket of goosepimples and a sharp pain in my right shoulder. Awakening suddenly, I realized that the guy next door was practicing his fly-fishing and had accidentally hooked my night-shirt near the shoulder. Imagine my surprise! (-: Peace out chickadee!
... wish I looked like that when I look at myself in bed in the mirror! :)) I like this, Eileen... like being pulled in through the eye of a telescope... kinda "Beam me up, Scottie". A soothing and dream-sowing lullaby of thoughts to drift to sleep on, for certain sure. LOL K xx

Welcome!
The poems in this beautifully bound book are a result of over twenty years of observations. Observations of the world around us and on the telecommunications network. All of the hate, love, heroism, disasters, and those who help.
