I was playing upon a water spout
in the ocean where poseidon shouts
and watched as a leviathan roared
between the sea and heaven soared

Such derring-do I watched and saw
a great Bard perform feats that awe
having knowledge  beyond compare
his powers and healing he would share

Teaching  creatures of heaven and earth
all of the lessons that are of worth
spirit like, he would emanate when he chose
or disappear before your eyes could close

A charming phantom with sorcerer's powers
he saw me watching and threw me flowers
my heart embraced  such a gallant guru
who freely gave his philanthropic heart too

Heaven, earth, ocean, sky, such a mystery
there are those who work to keep us free
while nature causes us  untold tribulations 
it's comforting to meet an augur of liberation

So if you read this poem take note
of deeds  compassionate bards wrote
they are more than just poetry offerings
be prepared to have your heart take wing
