I have to go with Jerry's assertion below that you are giving full vent to your subconscious and its wonderful gifts.
Tell your subconscious to heal your finger ASAP too..:)

Ah, but that is why they call it "Your" Muse, my dear Eileen, it is merely your subconscious being liberated. At least that is MY interpretation.
Sorry to hear about that finger. There is just no good place to break anything, but fingers are bad for those of us who pick and peck on the keyboard.
