Poem Artwork

Her portals were
open to receive
the blade of light
that would turn the
night into crimson
delight, fingers of
rays from orbs play
in valleys of new
realms,protrusions
rise to plunge into
galactic gaps, celestial
caverns send tongues of
fire that lick their way
to the domain of volcanic
eruptions in space,shaking
up the cosmos causing the
stars to meet in orbital
embrace, supernal caresses
and cosmic kisses among
planetary profusion create
abundant uniting of new
entities ablaze with the
astrophysical intermingling
of essence, thereby creating
Supernova's...;-)

Eileen, your pen collided with the paper and the ink left indelible patterns of beauty and expression. The cosmos has nothing on your creativity my dear friend. There is romance sprinkled all through your rendering. I bid you love and peace. Jon Michael

Whoa!!! Don't think I have ever read a more detailed and wondrous account of the SuperNova in my young life. You grabbed the universe, Eileen, shock it, gave it a hug and sat back and watched the show. Wonderful poem.
