You try to write a verse
about your favorite nurse,
or maybe a story
of someone looking for glory.
Could be a jingle,
about Chris Cringle.
Possibly a rhyme
that will take some time.
Or even compose
a song for rose,
I might add
you could write a ballad.
You could also be a clever dick,
and write a funny limerick,
What some do
is write a haiku.
It's just a literary game,
were all looking for some fame.
There are so many poems they could fill our oceans,
so please keep writing and put down all your emotions.
