It calls out to me like a beacon in the night. The pulse in her throat quickens with fright.

It flushes her face making bright rosy cheeks. My teeth come out, it is her throat that they seek.

Through her neck it pulses, singing it’s song. Giving life to her flesh as it gurgles along.

The life in her body is ample reward. She’ll give it to me without my speaking a word.

I float to her as upon a magical breeze. Down I glide, like a wraith though the trees.

Her eyes grow large and her breasts start to heave. She looks in my soul and she sees no reprieve.

Like an adoring parent, I take her face in my hands. I stare deep into her eyes while tying her hands.

I kiss her lips and smooth her hair into place. I lick away the tears as they stream down her face.

My hands go to her breasts as if by magnetic force, she whimpers a bit and then moans softly, of course.

Arching her back, she sets herself free. She makes her life an offering, a fine gift to me.

I bend down to take her, into my arms. I need no magic she is prey to my charms.

Pulling her close, I kiss her delicate throat. I feel her press against me and I chant an ancient old rote.

She is mine not just from the words that I speak, but her life is an offering, laid at my feet.

With a soft popping sound, my teeth tear through her skin. Blood surges forth and I am alive once again.

Tiny red rivulets make a bright crimson river, it drips from my mouth as I smile at her quivers.

Her body grows limp and she slides to the ground. I glide down beside her, as her heart stops to pound.

Watching with awe as her eyes start to glaze. Seeing her sigh as her soul starts to raise.

From out of her body her soul quietly slips. I lean down to kiss her now cooling, pale lips.

Thank you for your gift, my sweet little one. Thank you for stopping , when your mind said to run.

A precious gift your life given freely. Into your debt, I place myself deeply.

Wafting slowly, higher and away. Your body a memory, your soul flies as if from night into day.

Darkness to light. One life to another. Tears cloud my eyes, over your empty body I hover.

Blowing a kiss, I slip silently away. Your blood has given me, at least one more day.

Watching with jealousy as you soar to the light, cursing my fate I walk back into the night.
