I was just reflecting on words written back in 1977 which I thought I would share 30 years later. Michael

"To see what your are,Your heart must be a mirror,For everything you projectAll reflects.""Without books'We had our roots,Without ink,We had our roots,Without you,I have nothing..""What is it like to live a Dream?,For myself the meaning of a dream - 'directly from a realm of your reality',For myself the meaning of 'rock',A solid foundationon which to hold your ground..There is no beauty,For what is beauty,If not a reflection of one's true self? There is no Self,It is just an extension of total reality,Total reality is just a dream." "The spirit of mother earth,The total balance of an I,The wind blows across me,Perhaps I am not wanted in this place,So I walk,Feeling alone and alien,Wind blows against me,Batters me....Beats my skin cold,So I can fight, So I can curl my fists in glad anger against you,Force my strength to the surface,Where we can meet as one""You can never be anyone but you,Adjust to it,Live with it, Love it""It seems although I walk on this Earth,It trembles beneath my feet,This may take a long time,But time is all I have,For eventually, when everyone opensthemself to themself,Accepts the love, and energy we can create,It's everything they always wanted. We are now,And now is all we have."Written By Michael Cywink/ 1977

Through the Amazon by S. Oliver Eldridge

The drug called "The Shari" has been used for vision quests over many years. But, when all the rivers start drying up, the tribe must send a young hunter named Tomás on a much more important trip through the Amazon.
