How can you mend a broken heart, the Bee Gees come to mind with this line.....

Mending
by Amber "V" Moonstone 9/28/07

When you really love someone,
Your heart aches for their touch,
Your heart speaks to their heart.
Your heart feels their pain.
Your heart melts at the sight of them.
Your heart beats to the rhythm of theirs.
Your heart trembles during lovemaking.
Your heart reverberates while they walk away.
Your heart jumps with the scent of them.
Your heart breaks when they leave you.
Your heart remembers over and over and over again, and again and again,
till your heart mends......

author's notes: dedicated to those who are mending a broken heart..
Much Peace, Love, and Light to you,
Amber "V" Moonstone

And then, looking for a friend your heart knocks on my door.

Mending a broken heart. Time is all that can and then you are skittish when next someone says I love you. You want to run away, not feel that pain again.
Amber, you have caught the feelings wonderfully as you always do. Beautifully penned!

Annie

You capped a wonderful feeling of love with the pain of loss. I loved the poetic style and thoughts that likely depict many people who are on the mend.

Amber,

LOVE the cloud pic (being a Skywatcher, I'd say that).

And the poem is deeply moving, thought provoking excellence. Well done!

While mending we must go through the minds albums of reflection and the pain turns to happiness for the positives are stil remaining. It's good for the soul to reflect.
Love your words.

To have loved and lost is better than to never have loved at all - "they" say. But what do "they" know about your loss?

I love that song; How can you mend... a broken heart... how can a loser ever win... how can you stop the sun from shinning; what makes the world go round. Chorus/ la-la-la ;)
