she said she had some broken things
that needed to be repaired
i soon discovered that among them
was her heart
so i told her i’d be there saturday
with all my tools
i fixed the leaky faucet
and replaced the missing shingles
did all the other little jobs that needed
a man’s touch
then decided to gently work
on her broken heart
so i put my arms around her
and whispered in her ear,
“baby a broken heart is a big job,
it takes time to repair but we can start today'
she leaned into my arms
as my kisses claimed her neck
her curves were soft and exciting
as my hands caressed each one
and her lips yielded their sweetness to mine
our clothes ended up together
in a heap on the bedroom floor
we ended up together in a heap in bed
i took her slowly with dominance
as i whispered of her beauty
knowing what her heart and body needed
afterwards, she sighed with contentment
“i just love a man who knows
how to use his tools”
