i enjoy the part of being a gallant lover
one who would never be rude or crude
or use those words that might jar any
of your modest feminine sensibilities
but baby sometimes, more than a few times
i just want to tell you all the things
i need to do with and to you, expressed
in bold language absent of any poetry
i would dare to step out from behind verse
and say, “i wanna bang you hard all night”
that’s the honest straightforward truth
that’s what you do to me, and you know it
you bring out the beast, the lion of a lover
somehow i don’t think my truth is shocking
i imagine your own truth is as wild as mine
would it insult you if i said, “you turn me on’”?
just one thought of you and i’m ready to rock
behind the poetry, a lioness stalks her prey
her prey can’t wait to be caught in her trap
Where have I heard that title before? But it fits your verses. I don't know. Some like it hard. Some like it hurt. There are many fishes in the sea, and girls love bad boys probably for the wrong reasons and too much. They may think someone hiding behind poetry is a whimp. I prefer the strong, silent type, whose actions are much stronger than any words like “I want to bang you!” ever were.
