Light dancing bright Merely inches from dark finger tips A shadow dweller Reaching out empty handed grasping tight Eluded yet again truth prevails Deceit hidden beneath an engaging smile Ravenous, a ravaging Hunger consumes innocence Evil seemingly prevails Not realizing that light once consumed Overcomes the darkest soul And in the conquest Hope reborn copyright � Michael R.
