Transverse twinkling stars travel tonight
Transverse twinkling stars travel tonight
In distant formation across my hand
In circling orbiting schemes of light.
They glide through Orion’s conglomerate.
Oh, at the sight of my loved one
The sight of your eyes, my beloved
Their beams of love betray our utmost covenant.
The moon glows dressed in a white gown
And blue tresses.
You fill the barrenness of my soul
My beloved,
How I loved you then,
How I love you now!
