Things could be discussed on the ground of objective usefulness, without the influence of any religion.

All matters involving collective interests should be dealt to final presentation for the voting decision. Proposition One: FREE SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH. Proposition Two. NO SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL of majority vote.

"Before" has delivered a stimulating social awareness, and has paid its poetic dues.

I congratulate its author for her courage and intellectual brilliance.

Greed finds ways to pregnate minds and lives and the organs vital to life. Everything has a price now but oddly...everyone dies without any of the material things Greed made them become, sadly.

You have spoken well for all life as it is precious and a gift from God. It may seem we are in the minority but I doubt that very much. God Bless you and keep fighting for life for one day it will bring our Country back from the evil of abortion and once again be the land of the free, Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness is what the Constitution affords us not destruction of life. Roe v Wade is an illegal law and if any politician had the guts it would be struck down in a court of law.

Beautiful and thought provoking poetry...

"Life with all its maladies
Was meant to give us strength
To rise above infirmities

To draw us closer to Him
Who created us in His likeness
And grow in His love"

I especially love these lines... without opposition we would have no strength.

Sad, choosing who lives, who dies in the name of science...an excellent, heartbreaking write, Kathy. I'm all for medical research, but not at the cost of those who have no choice/voice. No problem with using adult stem cells. Not babies...

I agree and the fact is the one who got Roe Vs Wade on the books, now is a born again Christian and is trying to get that overturned, if you havent, I would highly recomend reading Norma Mccourtney's Won by Love, and as always your poetry gives us food for thought and food for soul...
